I certified for diving in 2007, and it has been an awesome journey.  Where else in the world can you be weightless and move around as if you were in space?  Where else can you interact with such a variety of life in such a foreign place?

I’ve now been scuba or free diving about 20 times, but I haven’t taken a camera with me yet.  I’ll post underwater pictures when I get some.

The following picture was a snorkeling day in Hawaii’s Captain Cook Monument.  We rented kayaks and paddled across the bay to an excellent snorkeling spot.  It ranks as one of the most fun things I’ve done in the water.
